7/10 - OMG, the villains are sooo cunt! their designs are so tea. latias and latios are also really cool, but other than that this one sort of falls flat story/plot wise.

I love the brother and sister dynamic between latios and latias in this movie, the cute relationship between latias and ash, and the moment latios sacrifices itself to save everyone and the goodbye between latios and latias was so heart wrenching it made me cry.
