they rly couldve just made her a fictional character since this was NOT an accurate potrayal of Pocahontas’ life💀
still, the music is amazing. the anti racism, anti capitalism, anti deforestation, anti war messages are potrayed well.
i do get chills at the end

crappy villian, nun of the songs really fit/pretty lackluster, love connection sucked and felt rushed, all the woman look so weirdly animated…and overall not the true story of pocahontas

Never should have been made but the songs and animation are nice. Male characters all suck. Since it’s not historically accurate anyway, she should have just run off with her stud friend and found out what was around THAT riverbend.

Slay songs, and I’m always conflicted bcs she fell in love with a colonizer but also it’s an old Disney movie and their chemistry is so good 😭

Generic movie about English people trying to take over land from “Indians” like others have said Pocahontas is the only good thing about the film, not much else to say it’s very to the point.
