A hilarious and compelling odyssey about the importance of kindness and friendship. Feel good without being cringey. Comedy and emotion are balanced beautifully. John Candy and Steve Martain give the best performances of their career. Easily the greatest comedy of all time.

One of the best seasonal movies to watch with the family. Very funny and John Candy is brilliant as Del. Steve Martin plays a great straight man to John candy’s character. Very heart felt moments too.

Old fashioned, but John Candy and Steve Martin are funny. One of those trips where everything that might go wrong goes even worse, and it’s very funny. Great movie to watch with the family over the Christmas break

A fun 🦃-Day watch, with some great comedy bits & heartwarming core of friendship & the humor of life. John Candy & his expressions are a treat. Comedies are hit-or-miss for me & it'd be more timeless if it was less vulgar, but overall it had a lot more heart than most I've seen.

Hilarious and hits you in the feels. A bit dated but in a fun nostalgic way.
