I actually enjoyed this one. It wasn’t horrible and I did enjoy the dynamic between Angelica and Jack. I thought Black beard was okay. Although I could’ve done without the whole priest and mermaid relationship. The ending was really funny and a good tieback to the first movie

Good movie

I mean...it's Penelope Cruz, how could you not like this, definitely hated the fact that we didn't get the "original crew" back, and yes Scrum was awesome, but we went through so much with the original crew and not having anyone back (except like 2 of them) sucked, yet, awesome

My least favorite so far; however it had great element of fantasy, and adventure. The story did well at continuing on from the end of the last movie. We were introduced to more characters that had great elements to them. I enjoyed the movie. The mermaids were easily the best part

This movie is my second favorite in the series. I love the plot. The characters in this are some of my favorite especially Angelica. One thing I feel that under rated in this series is the ships. The ships always look amazing and It feels sometimes like it goes unnoticed.

Depp and Cruz have great chemistry. It’s a fun movie, but doesn’t quite have the magic of the first 3, and very few of the theatrical fight scenes or stunts from the originals as well.

I thought this one actually came to be a great movie. I loved the incorporation of Black Beard and the fountain of youth. The humor was on point with all the subtle jabs from Sparrow and the rest of the crew.

It feels so nice returning to all these characters and eventually growing fond of them! Such funny characters and still interesting dynamics, even in the 4th movie!
I especially liked the “Mermaid tail” 🧜🏻‍♀️ 🩵
Oh and the credit scenes just ! 😂😂
Very interesting what happens next 🧐 🏴‍☠️

Searching for fountain of youth

Liked the characters expect the priest and mermaid really

-Edward Teach ability with his sword that he can handle ships was amazing
-Angelica story with Jack was nice
-The voodoo doll and vases of ships was great
-Quartermaster was fun

7.3/10 Fun movie with Jack looking like old Jack again. I love when Jack is actually smart, unlike in Dead Man Tell No Tales. Blackbeard was a great villain and I enjoyed the story for the most part. Not as good as the first 3 with some lazy writing, but still enjoyable

This movie was entertaining for the most part but had my least favorite plot of all the POTC movies so far. There were so many plot lines introduced without any kind of explanation behind them due to some questionable writing. This movie just ended up feeling kind of unnecessary

While it’s entertaining at times and some of the plot is interesting, this movie just feels like a smaller Jack Sparrow spinoff that should play more into the vast story of the Caribbean.

There’s still fun to be had and I do enjoy watching it but it lacks the Pirates of the Caribbean magic that made the franchise so popular. Director Rob Marshall who expertises mainly in musicals was not the right fit for the material. The Mermaids were the only standout moment.
