If I’m being honest, I think POTC should’ve just been a trilogy because these last 2 don’t compare to the first 3. I really didn’t appreciate how they got rid of Jack’s cunning wit and replaced it with him just having “dumb luck” and there were continuity errors that bothered me

I have never been so frustrated at a series I enjoyed until now. The fights gave me deja vu felt repetitive and unoriginal for a pirates movie. They made Jack practically useless he could’ve not been in the movie or with the other twi main characters and it would be the same—

This made me cry SO MUCH at the end, I swear!😭🩵 FINALLY what I’ve been waiting for what feels like ages but in actuality is just a few days🥹 The new cast is not so bad after all and the story, as always (or mostly) - very well done
The credit scene though!!!! Left me >intrigued 🫢

One of the coolest things is knowing Javier Bardem and his wife, Penelope Cruz both played in this franchise and killed it in their own respective roles😮‍💨
This was dope honestly, I CAN SEE why people wouldn't like this, but personally I liked it, cool story, great jokes, same Jack

This one made me mad. It was such a bad script, and looked like they didn’t even try. I hate what they did to Jack Sparrow. They made him from a smart calculated fun drunk to an absolute moronic drunk. And its like how as a writer did you lose his character. Wtf. 5.8/10

6.2/10 Pretty fun and entertaining, I actually liked Salazar he was pretty cool but Johnny Depp as Jack didn’t hit this movie. Instead of Jack being the legendary pirate Jack, he was just a drunk guy. Fun movie but wouldn’t watch again

This movie was trying so hard to be like the first one, like it’s a bad rip-off of the first movie. everything felt super forced, Jack wasn’t even funny. Bad writing on their part. Dumb subplots too. Whoever decided Barbossa needs to die, need to be fired. Overall awful. 3/10

Just no, everything is wrong with this movie

Entertaining but utterly ruins Jack Sparrow’s character so I recommend a - skip!
