Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest Reviews

This one wasn't the best, from my memory all i remember is Rihanna and Squidward playing the piano, still good but i would like a different story attached to these characters, W Kiera arc, Artashes.

Pirates of the Caribbean is one of the best, if not the best, movie series still being watched today. The casting and thematic elements of all of these movies is definitely beauty worth studying and being placed in a museum. Johnny Depp is absolutely amazing in this film series

This was amazing, but FOR ME, it just lacked that ship fighting, as in the last one had more of that, yes they fought the Kraken, but I'd have loved more of that
The story continues, and ends to set up the next one, perfectly, and the jokes, Depp is just phenomenal what can I say

I didn’t think it was possible for Johnny Depp’s performance to be matched but Bill Nighy OWNS Davy Jones. (He & the vfx artists bc WOW) The absolute talent emanating from this movie-from the best sets I think ever, to crazy creative choreography, to phenomenal acting?🤌✨

I had nightmares of him when I was a kid and kept thinking the movie of Piet Piraat traumatised me as a child but it was actually this movie 🤣

Underrated movie. Love The Kraken and Davy Jones and the CGI is so good and realistic even up to this day. Just lovely

While it doesn’t offer the same ambition as the first one had, it’s a Pirates movie. It’s perfect when you’re looking for a fun adventure to go on. Story is simple, and Jack Sparrow is Jack Sparrow. What more can you ask for?

Not as legendary as the first but a solid setup for At Worlds End.

The Sparrow/ Will Turner/ Commodore Norrington duel was insane.
Actually the entire island sequence was nuts.

The CGI for Davy jones and his crew is so good.

The one thing this film is missing is a proper ship battle. An all out ship fight is one of my favorite types of scenes in these types of movies and I wished there was one.
