fully commits to being insane and over the top, i absolutely love it
there are some fantastic costumes in this, specifically winslow and beef's, they would be so iconic if only more people knew about this movie
reminds me a lot of rocky horror which is one of my fave movies ever

One of the most insane, trippy and fun films out there. ‘The Phantom of the Opera’ meets ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’ meets ‘Faust’ meets ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray’.

Fitting that Phoenix rises to stardom after a live firey death.

This is the type of movie my family judges me for loving. I don’t care though. This was awesome.

This was so comically evil and trippy, some really unique editing from Paul Hirsch. I really enjoyed the costumes, the singing, and beef was such a fun character. Poor Winslow, at least his fit was clean 🎵🎤

Gorgeous, Funny, Tragic. These are the words i’d use to describe Phantom of the Paradise. Simply a masterpiece. I was expecting camp, and it was a little camp, but damn this movie knew what it wanted to be and became it. Would recommend.

it’s weird, slow paced, really well artistically directed and with amazing soundtracks. definitely worth watching

Only took me two years to finish. Loved the music and visuals!!
