I just watched this man clean toilets for two hours… “Perfect Days”??? More like PERFECT CINEMA

so simple and beautiful in its message. it genuinely made me stop and question what it is that I really want from my life. its motivated me to redirect into something that feels closer to the kind of person I want to be and how I want to spend my time on 🌍 the power of movies!!

The most beautiful first half hour I’ve ever experienced in a theatre. A deep emotional world is hidden and unraveled within the serenity of the MC’s world. The film’s sense of peace has you really absorb all the mundane things and interactions he has in such a mesmerizing way.

Literally what my life feels like in spring and summer when I listen to hella Lou reed and look at the beautiful trees and notice all the things and feel so peaceful all the time. So so so so so beautiful so so so made in a lab for me. Except that part when that kid tried to sell his rare Lou reed cassette, that was like rage bait made specifically for me because I don’t play about my Lou reed cassettes. I would have freaked the fuck out. And I kinda was freaking out watching it. Nefarious behavior.

The slowest of cinema but I wasn’t bored for a second. This film will make you think about the little things and question what you really want out of life. So simple yet impactful.

A movie that left me speechless in terms of reviews. I can’t explain how much of a masterpiece Perfect Days truly is as it stands near pitch perfect in every single aspect. There’s practically nothing to fault, I can’t explain any further than that go watch it. Overall 10/10
