made me cry as a kid

Used to watch this over and over with my dad. Super nostalgic and will always be special to me.

Saw this in theaters with my parents and little sisters as a teenager. I was also experiencing my first hangover.

Talking (and thinking) parrot is seen as a bad influence on parent's daughter. They leave him at a shelter and he flies all the way back home with the help of a guy. It's wholesome and meaningful.
