Why do Robin Williams films always hit so hard😭

Made me cry but in a good way

One of the most heartwarming movies I’ve ever watched, just made me feel warm inside. I just found myself smiling throughout the whole thing. 10/10

This movie is bittersweet. Shows the values that you want from your doctor to see your humanity and not just as a patient. Patch Adams is an inspiration and like he says you can always improve the quality of life.

I didn’t realize this was a true story. I loved it and it made my heart happy and sad.

I wish that all doctors thought like Patch. A movie that gives you hope on what could be and then you’re reminded that the healthcare system sucks.

The copy of this movie was gifted to me from a hospice patient I regularly visited with during my undergrad. He gave it to me as he learned of my desire to go to med school. Due to that this film will always have a special place in my heart.
Fun, original, potent true story

Man, I love his movies. Iike the rest of us, I wish he was still sending faithful messages through a 90 minute film till this day.
