parker posey i love u,, i cannot stop thinking about her in this movie 😭

Sometimes Mary made me irritated but I think that’s the point. She’s a girl in her 20s, unsure of what her purpose is and so she just goes with the flow since that’s prob all she thinks she can do. I enjoyed the fashion and characters involved, even if I didn’t understand them.

It’s a crime that this is Omar Townsend’s only movie

I might also have to start throwing parties at the bj palace for money at this rate

This movie genuinely had nothing going on for the majority of it. All that just to decide to become a librarian?It just felt like I was watching a whole lot of nothing and the main character was insufferable until the last five minutes. I get what they were trying to do but omg

loved the style in this movie and I would say a fairly accurate representation of what being in your mid twenties can feel like. very fun movie that doesn’t take itself too seriously

A wonderful time capsule of the era and the moment. Parker is amazing and so is the wardrobe…but the supporting cast is meh.

The fits were very funky. Felt the rest of the movie was a bit half assed but I generally enjoyed it. Kissing on screen has changed so much

Def subpar quality wise but really great for the most part! It’s not a polished movie but it’s fitting given the story and main character… I 🫶🏻 Parker posey so much tho and would totally watch this again … love her outfits but no way she could afford that apartment to begin w/🧆🍸📚

At times strange but I really liked it. Party girl turned librarian is a vibe. The fashion, the music, etc really adds to it.

Parker Poser has always been an icon.

Definitely a vibe, a movie about a woman who doesn’t wanna grow up. feeling like your not gonna amount to anything but at the same time wanting to stay the way you are. Not wanting to feel inadequate anymore and doing something about it. I like her style, she’s really funny 5/10
