What an incredible movie. I did go into this thinking it was a kids movie but once I started watching it I realized it definitely was not. This is a sad movie that will make you want to cry. 8/10

Felt like a real life ghibli movie with the ongoing war and escape from reality for a young girl. Absolutely loved the fantasy scenes and I wish they were a larger part of the movie rather than the war plot. Delicious looking grape.

scared me too much as a kid when the creature with eyeballs on his hands came out lol

very odd movie don’t recommend, rewatched it in spanish class so many times and i still don’t like it
