Funny, lighthearted watch 6.2/10

Watched this randomly was better than I thought it was going to be.

6/10, fine background movie.

-Hard to pay attention to the beginning.
-I got 2nd hand embarrassment watching w/ my mom.. where’s the comedy?
-I feel the situations of how it all turned out wouldn’t be like that in the real world, so it was hard to watch enjoying it.
-Mom of the gay guy is SOO annoying too.

ANGELA FREAKING BASSETT.
The only reason I continue to rewatch this movie.
- ‘Matt’s dad used to take me dancing.
He’s dead now. That’s why he stopped.’ - my favourite quote in the movie.

So they’re a group of moms who didnt develop personalities beyond having kids. That’s why they decide to barge in on their grown sons’ lives. Sons who are grown adults and don’t need their mothers anymore.

It was so cute! It’s kinda how I feel at this point in my life… Maybe it taught me a lesson that I need to think about myself! I’ve been trying to do it but it’s hard… Anyways, it was a beautiful story!🥰❤️🥰
