I love 2000s movies, this one was a hit. Fun watch

It didn't wow me. it was pretty basic with some humor sprinkled in. A decent background moviewith a shocking amount of stars. 6.1/10

Back when Jack Black played nothing but stoner characters, with a soundtrack straight out of my Spotify daylist. I think I'm a bit old too "old" to enjoy this movie to its fullest, but I can definitely see people enjoying it that are of the appropriate age for it.

This is a great movie - it’s short and simple but still a good story - jack black is hilarious and so is the whole family - just an enjoyable rewatchable movie that had a satisfying ending

Man, what a fun watch. Jack Black was the cherry on top for me. This movie had a lot of the 2000s staples, but that never took away from my enjoyment of the movie.

I saw this one when it first came out several years ago. It's as funny now as it was then, well worth the watch.

Very underrated comedy and well written and casted.

A classic for me. Used to watch it all the time in my teens! very funny and underrated movie. The cast is great!!!

A fun little early life crisis romp with some surprising cameos. Normal kid surrounded by crazies makes for laughs. Jack Black cracks me up.

So under rated, every single actor in this movie is giving their best performance, but Catherine O’Hara is my favorite
