Beginning felt dragged out and slow but the one action scene was nice.

Part western frontier, part moral conflict part revenge. It's a wonderful combination of all at a fast enough pace to keep moving yet not feel rushed. An under appreciated piece of acting by Costner for sure with a very young Diego Luna playing a central understated role.
