the town at the beginning felt thought out & i liked it, which makes it disappointing that the race didn't play a big part, but it was still a good movie, the story with the siblings & old man was very sweet :(
funny to see some reused ideas (villains devil fruit is perosperos)

Absolutely beautiful movie. Unique storyline that’s very engaging and captures the essence of pre time skip era & its mystery about devil fruits. Loved how luffy had to improvise in order to defeat the antagonist instead of using haki. Animation could’ve used some work
