my absolute favourite movie in the whole world 🫶absolutely romantic yet hilarious, really makes me believe in true love

ok disclaimer: I didn’t finish it. I couldn’t. This was such a disappointing rom-com, but I had such high expectations! It had so much potential, but there was just something way too awkward about their interactions :(((( can you change my mind and convince me to finish it?

ngl wouldn’t rewatch + kept getting distracted at how much hugh grant blinks

also the lack of background music made it feel a bit awks x

God this movie is so good, it's a movie where you can't take your eyes off the screen.
Julia Roberts is gorgeous and Hugh Grant is too charming😍😍

Starts off a bit surreal but quickly becomes real, funny, and so wholesome! The chemistry is great, with just the right mix of charm and little annoyances. An oldie but goldie, nothing feels missing. Totally a 9/10 if you’re into rom-coms—loved it! Comfort movie ✨

History of British rom-coms. And this one does both the ‘rom’ and the ‘com’ just perfectly. The chemistry and the writing of the love scenes is utterly immaculate and the moments of hilarity are many, well written and original. Film that won’t fail a nice night with a partner

Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant have great chemistry. The movie was cute, but very cheesy. Need to point out that NO ONE would root for them if Anna was a guy and Will was a girl. A cheating movie star that constantly runs out on their lover? Hard sell, but Roberts made it work

the most beautiful film with the most beautiful ending, the casting was perfect julia roberts is one of the most gorgeous women omg, one of my fave 90s rom coms ever just feels so summery, and to watch this at the rooftop cinema was incredible!!

I really liked the movie, i admire its simplicity and just vanilla romcom, i also hated the fact that she kept throwing him away but ig it all makes sense eventually with the ending and everything, classic

Not that much of a chemistry… Not enough background music ı hated the silence. I didnt like anna’s overwhelmingly calm and slow way of speaking. Dont like the back and forth between them ıt felt off…

Wow, just wow. I’ve seen every romance movie in the book. This might be my number one. Julia Robert’s is just insanely beautiful as well. Standing ovation. If you haven’t seen it or down bad in the slumps it’s a great feel good movie
