Catherine would have loved fan-fiction.
I did enjoy the daydreamy feel of this movie, the gothic tales and dreams were very amusing. It felt very accurate too, the use of natural lights, the “gentlemen’s” flirting. And the crowded ballrooms. Wish we had more romance 6.5/10 🏰

cute, but definitely one of Austen’s messier works if this is faithful to the book
