A weird movie that has tonal discourse. It feels like it’s a romance movie first, a cooking movie second. I swear the male lead looks like they wanted Owen Wilson but couldn’t get him so they got this guy. A movie with no consistent tone.

it is awful how criminally underrated this movie is. between the sweet and slow relationship that the couple offers and the way the woman doesn't know how to act with the child, the whole kitchen side was so cozy.
