I had my suspicions having seen the broadway version w/ Jeremy in it whether this would live up, as the original, to everything grand the newer version is. And I was pleasantly surprised it had amazing lyrics and cinematography with better depth into the story. But Jeremy better.

Too long for me, i got kinda bored in the middle but overall really liked it aha

A strong film with a good focus of both the music and the storyline and a great performance by everyone involved. It managed to keep me entertained from start to finish. The only thing I will say is that some renditions of the music weren’t as good as the musical though. 8.3/10!!

It kills me that Christian Bale seems to be ashamed of this movie. I loved it when I was a kid. Kenny Ortega before high school musical!
