Never Let Me Go

the whole “what makes us human” trope/ justification of humanity in dystopian media is pretty cliche, but this movie does a beautiful job with its interpretation. what i think makes this movie so interesting, is that rather having kathy & tommy combat their demise, they end up 1)

I really wished they would run off together or beat the system or even unalive themselves together but it was beautiful they did love each other all along

if you read the book, you will probably get a little bit annoyed that some bits doesn’t fit and is different and the actors isn’t how you imagine them in the book. I also feel like it’s all a little bit rushed together to.

This movie made me appreciate everything that i have

The book is way better in my opinion and the movie felt super rushed but at the same time kind of boring?? The massage and all is beautiful but I feel like they erased a bunch of important parts.
