Kino anime. Creator made a risky anime with no manga as a source material. budge restraints and made a 1 season + movie that is still relentlessly talked about nearly 30 years after.

Watching this after the show wasn’t as annoying as I was worried it might be. It definitely is just a recap of of the whole show, but it’s much more explicit to the story and helped me understand a few things I was lost on during the series.

It’s a long winded recap of the anime that really isn’t necessary to watch. The only time it’s useful is as a recap if you want to watch the End of Evangeline movie and need a recap.

Very very good. The reboots suck but this is the best you can get out of the series. Can touch on some VERY heavy topics but if you can handle it then I would recommend. Sometimes hard to watch but is a very beautiful anime and was way to ahead of it’s time.
