An important film. I didn’t know much about him but wow, I just can’t believe what an autocratic despotic regime leads Russia.

Worthy of its Oscar for best documentary 2023!!

a great movie that documents the extreme conditions of the Russian political stage, its influence on the population and further the consequences that any kind of opposition faces.

this film was made before full russian invasion to Ukraine. And it would never take Oscar if russian genocide of Ukrainians wasn’t existed, because it demonized putins face, and added drama to the story of such “hero” as Navalny.

Pretty nuts political story I didn’t know about. One part in the middle plays out like a scripted espionage movie because it’s that crazy/well done. Really solid, esp for the people who are into current events/politics etc

Purely fascinating, he is a courageous man being detained for revealing the truth about people simply abusing their power

When I started this film I didn’t think I would be really into it, but it really picked up and had some really amazing moments. The fact that this is a true story is crazy and that phone call scene in the middle was just top tier. Overall a really great film, a solid 8/10

Putin is BOLD with his tyranny, whats strange to me is why the heck did he come back? What exactly did he think would happen? I also cant believe they never found the man that talked.

6/10 im glad it was short but the end was sad, i thought all would be fine🥲

It’s extremely important to know what’s happening around the world, this is a heartbreaking documentary brilliantly made so it takes you in. It’s about the biggest opponent of putin and how he fought for freedom and whats right. I don’t even know what to say anymore. so powerful

Really liked this. Crazy story, and crazy to live in a world where this can happen. A bit of it seemed scripted (mostly in the middle) which was not so good, but generally I really liked it

Wish it had a happier ending. Such a brave guy that will hopefully spark change.
