In the beginning I was a little lost but the ending made it all make perfect sense. She was grieving her son without knowing. That mother son connection is a powerful bond. 😭

88/100 well done. The family she was working for didn’t add much so didn’t understand their little story arc.

Enjoyed the film but pushing the horror/ psychological thriller angle is unnecessary and does a disservice for what the director has created. View it as a drama w/ slight dark fable elements and you’ll enjoy it more. 6.5/10

Tooooo slow. Nothing happened in forty minutes

A bit slow moving for me, which kept losing my attention. However, the cinematography and acting were decent.

A powerful story of sacrifice, loss, & being reborn through water. An ending I did not expect at all. A suspenseful, unsettling yet beautiful film that had me in tears by the time it was over.

The ending was quite disappointing

The shots were just beautiful. Aisha mom and bosses sucked.
The film came around in a circle so I started to understand the middle more.
It’s nice that she had a decent-ish ending.
