since most of james’ lines are improvised I feel like there could’ve been ”more” to give if given enough time but oh well 😔

I really wanted to love this because the idea of giving a lead actor no script/dialogue and just having them act is so compelling but the overall movie was just okay. McAvoy gave it his all, but the plot was just scatterbrained. Cinematography was great though!

Um ministério simples com um andamento bem diferente. O grande valor do filme está no modo como é filmado, conseguido criar muita tensão e mistério de formas simples pelos ângulos da câmera e iluminação. Um bom mistério com uma boa estética

Went down hill in the last 30 minutes

I see why they have scripts for movies now. But for real the acting carries the whole movie is all I can say.

Plot was weak but good performances and beautifully filmed in a scenic setting.

Suspenseful yet anticlimactic. It’s a good ride with excellent performers, especially McEvoy who delivers exceptionally on the distraught father angle however, one can tell this follows a similar schematic to Prisoners (2015). Overall, a good watch, especially for a parent😁

liam neeson would’ve done it in 20 mins but cool improv concept from an actor’s pov. loose ends and no clear ending but really enjoyable.

Quite enjoyed this film, pretty standard plot line but decent watch 7/10
