A Sunday, a glass of wine, the idea of something light and romantic. That’s not what you get.

Sofia Carson and Corey Mylchreest do something rare here — they don’t perform a love story, they live it in front of you. Every moment feels like it costs them something. You watch two people who have found exactly the right person at exactly the wrong time, and there’s nothing they can do about it.

What got to you isn’t the script or the setting. It’s them. The way they look at each other. The quiet desperation of trying to hold onto something that’s already slipping. By the end you’re sitting there with your pile of tissues, and it’s not because the film manipulated you. It’s because you watched something true break.

That’s why you can’t shake it.
