This movie was so funny! The pacing was a little all over the place but the plot was actually so entertaining. Safe to say I enjoyed it. Although the second-hand embarrassment is no joke.

Really well written romcom imo as the main character basically saves herself from a slump she was in by realizing her own intelligence and beauty despite her family’s strict culture and tradition she’s able to open up and full in love 🤧 side note is it true about the windex !?

Not my kind of movie normally but it’s hard to not be taken in by the movies charm. It’s well acted and always fun with a decent plot and a good script with great characters abound and the two leads click perfectly. Some really funny moments and a massive heart it’s feel good fun

3/5. Pretty cute and funny movie though I got so much second hand embarrassment it was hard to watch at times. And tell me why the ending when the dad gifted them a house had me crying

Endearing portrayal of immigrant culture and assimilation. Strong women throughout the whole film which is so sweet.

An under appreciated rom com premise with a sturdy, perfect couple surrounded by total chaos. So much to be appreciated about this film and one of my favorite romcoms. So many quotable lines!

Best thing about this movie is the wedding was not hers, her family and culture overshadowed her own wants the whole time. Yet at the very end when he says he used windex on his pimple and it’s finally just the two of them you realize the impact of a big loud crazy loving family
