They practically took away everything that gave this movie soul in the first place and instead of hard work this Mulan succeeds simply from her unexplained natural talent. So much controversy on how this movie was filmed too. It should have never been conceived in the first place

Good movie except for the part were they filmed this were Uighur Muslims were being detained in mass internment camps and had white washed directors filming a CHINESE MOVIE

Bro this movie is good stop comparing it to the original and just enjoy it. This is more about independence than Shang and Mulan

I was excepted so much and got nothing but crap

yes it was different from the animated one but different enough that i could separate the two. it was amazing, pg-13, and a great watch. still disneys best princess

Fiquei decepcionada pq n teve o dragãozinho e o grilo, estava esperando por eles. Mas tirando isso é um bom filme, eu que criei muitas espectativas.

I really liked it and was upset to read that Disney has received some backlash from China. They are now hesitant to make a sequel. I thought they did a phenomenal job of showing that being true to yourself matters, no matter what fears lie in the way; it will help you persevere.

3.0/10 while I am heavily disappointed with the decision’s around this film and it’s Changes. I appreciate its messages it tries to express. Even though it doesn’t bring the impact the original film does. It really hurts to dislike this film so much,I wanted to like it really bad
