Watched this on my ASL class before break and my entire class was screaming at the screen yelling for Rowena to GET ON THE BUS AND GO! I think it’s so crazy how his wife NEVER confronted him about his inappropriate relationship to a MINOR

Emotional movie with relatable themes. My one problem is the icky storyline of Mr. Holland falling for one of his students! In my opinion the film did not need this sub-plot.

It is a story like nothing you’ve ever heard, inspiring, moving, motivating. Absolutely amazing and brought tears to my eyes!

This film is one of my comfort movies. Going though each year and seeing how different characters affect Mr. Holland and what is learned is so cool. The ending is very satisfying as well.

Great drama. Explores the life of a music teacher and his interactions with his students throughout different times in his life.

heartwarming but then the the whole almost “affair” part with a student threw me off… the wife deserved better

GREAT MOVIE

The type of impact that every person hopes they have on the people around them. Heartbreaking and rewarding.

Pretty good movie. Ran a bit too long for me. Some parts felt unnecessary (like the almost-affair with his student??). Loved all the scenes with Holland and his son (when he sang to him 🥹). Cute ending. Many sad parts.

such a beautiful movie! especially if you are a music major it’s such a classic.

It was very funny
Quite funny and moving really. Quite funny in some places. I didn't know wether to laugh, cry, or just weep. All that I know, is that I will soon return to this film. soon. my condolences- allie
