Mortal Kombat

Call me sadistic, but this is the type of gore I live for. Make sure you watch with your youngest children to ensure expedited maturation.

While far from perfect, Mortal Kombat is still bloody fun, with a solid attempt at adapting the game's insane world. A flawless victory but it’s also not a fatality.

I appreciate the fact that it's rated R. This movie commits the cardinal sin of centering it around a totally made up character. Why do that when Mortal Kombat has such a huge roster? The shining part was some of the design of characters like Kabal. Overall frustrating.

It’s good. Lots of gore which I like. That’s pretty much it though.

I’m not exactly the biggest Mortal Kombat fan, but from what I know of the games, I will say it was an enjoyable film, but maybe not the BEST adaptation. Certain characters lacked development and script was iffy. But effects and gory atmosphere was awesome to watch! 8/10!!!!!!!!!
