why did this make me cry

Charlize Theron is unrecognizable and pulls you in. She definitely deserved the Oscar for this one. Christina Ricci was an amazing supporting actress. The subject matter is very dark because it follows the true story of serial killer, Aileen Wuornos; But you can’t look away.

Being able to watch this and feel empathy for the killer tells me that the message was delivered.
