How can you not be romantic about baseball? This is tied for my favorite movie of all time. I can quote just about every line. I can’t think of another movie that I’ve seen as many times as this one yet still makes me cry and gives me goosebumps.

One of the greatest baseball movies ever, and there’s hardly any baseball played. It’s a very toned down movie, and a great insight into the front offices of baseball teams.

tbh it was a school assignment but i loved the movie but the endingg is crazyy turning down 12.5 million and losing to them thats so fuckedd

3/5 Its a very good sports movie. I dont watch baseball that much but this movie had me hooked. The whole movie they were hyping up the team making it look like they were going to win the World Series but all of a sudden they lost. There streak ended to soon, I was speechless
