It was a delightful watch and really interesting to hear about Indians being expelled from Uganda and then having to make a new life in a new country.

I really liked watching cause of the history in the movie. Mina was so beautiful it’s insane. Their romance was cute

it was cool to see Mississippi and loved Denzel but there wasn’t that much chemistry and the relationship felt rushed

Educational, but I wish there was more romance. I feel like some of the scenes could’ve been shot better, especially in the beginning. Whenever the couple was together tho, their chemistry was really nice.

It looks at a highly complex mixture of the need for passion, redemption, and resolution with the past and present. Generations, races, families are all highlighted in ways that are repeatedly unique and all applicable to current tensions

very enlightening, I had no idea there was a African born Indian community and how racist Indians are . Denzel Washington was great as usual and it’s probably the first time I’ve found him attractive in a film. Chemistry was great and am so glad this unique story was told.
