Mindcage

Overall I found it pretty boring. Other than the beautiful visuals/design of the murders, it was bland. No hate to him, but Lawrence’s acting was cringe and his prosody was awkward. Ending twist wasn’t expected but also felt very odd. Basically a less scary version of Longlegs.

She was so smart in the end!

Decent psychological mystery with a familiar but engaging rhythm. Similar vibes to The Silence of the Lambs. Malkovich brings his usual weird charm, and there’s enough darkness to keep you guessing. However, I was not expecting that supernatural element towards the end.
