This was serving bland Wattpaded storytelling with a sparkle of cringe/campy sexual tension and a side of slow burn pretentious dialogue, also Martin Freeman sexually desirable????? IKYFL! 🤣

the cinematography itself was good. story wasn’t the best. but i like jenna ortega

While the movie lightly condemns the teacher’s action, it also demonizes the girl for turning him in after the movie shows that he clearly groomed her. On top of that murkiness, it seems to not think the coach did anything bad. And the wife was written horribly!

When I saw my lovely girl Jenna you know I had to watch, this was really interesting, her outfits were so cute. I liked the aesthetic of the movie a lot, I guess we’ll never know if he actually flirted with her and did these things because it’s in her perspective, overall good!!

i really liked this, although i think it was quite short, it meant that there was no filler and it just got straight to the point which was good. quite disturbing and uncomfortable in the best way.

This was not bad but what was the point? Like why make this movie? Like who decided yes, let’s make a movie about a teacher and a student like no🤮 Jenna was beautiful throughout it. Ending was odd too. Overall I’m just confused by people decided this would be a good movie topic

I feel like not much happened but at the same time did

Not sure what possessed Jenna Ortega to take on this project but girl, not every role should be a yes. There’s absolutely no point to this story and the build up suspense leads to a whole lot of nothing.

Wtf… I watched it with my best friend… weird, really weird, and at times kind of disgusting. The ending… weird. The whole movie… weird.

The beginning was amazing, intense, pulled me in immediately. The fucking script was impeccable. Ending felt very predictable and the acting felt more emo and it lost its pull on me tbh. Had lots of potential. Would watch again tho but it’s missing moreeee

What cannot be denied is the film is well shot and that Ortega, like Freeman, fulfill their roles without much fault, which, for many spectators, will be more than sufficient. Some hate it, some love it…I’m both I wish there was a bit more but also as a book reader I love it.

Why r all the pedos portrayed as “innocent” and the girl is the “villain” for reporting the teacher?? Wack ahh movie

This movie was fantastically put together and I’m so in love with this movie. The plot was thick, not once could I drag my attention off it. This movie will make you want more and not to mention the actors in this was an amazing choice. A part of me wants movie #2
