Pretty cute movie. Definitely geared towards younger kids. Not super funny. Some emotional/sad scenes. I like the animations in it, pretty creative. There’s definitely better movies out there about middle school (like Diary of a Wimpy Kid) that are wayyyy funnier.

this is such a fun and creative movie. i enjoyed watching the illustrations come to life and rafe’s rebellious streak against the strict school rules. it had such a big plot twist and made me cry—which i hadn’t expected. it’s a sweet movie that i’d watch again!
