Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas

A cute sequel, but nothing can top the original stories and 2D animation style for me. Plus the messages didn’t hit as hard here as they did in the first film. I like the Minnie/Daisy story the best.

Wrapping up Donald Duck Day. Wasn’t sure about the 3D, but the cozy stories honestly won me over.

What Worked:
• Blur Studio’s 3D look holds up well and looks super vibrant.
• Donald’s quest for peace during the holidays cracks me up every time.
• The North Pole heist with the nephews has great slapstick energy.

The Friction:
• The skating segment really dragged the pacing for me when it got too chaotic.
• Five stories made some shorts feel rushed with less room to breathe.

Verdict:
Watch for a cozy 3D anthology. Skip if early 2000s animation annoys you.
