Memento

This by no means a bad film. The twists and turns as the story unfolds proves that. However, the tone of the film isn’t very exciting. It didn’t keep me as engaged as I hoped it would. There’s were moments where I felt tired because the story felt like it was going nowhere.

Inventive structure and emotional weight. Memento’s backward narrative works so well I was completely immersed into this film. The whole time feels like you’re living in the characters shoes, and the end hits you like a rock. Perfect storytelling.

Christopher Nolan doesn’t miss. Nolan is so good at plot twists and time. Not even close to other Nolan movies but still a very solid movie
