this shit was hot ass. boring as fuck, and it was only bearable to finish because it had harvey keitel and deniro. I wish i could have my time back for this boring ass movie tho. First time i’ve ever completely disliked an italian movie.

Can see how Scorsese built on the setting/characters with future movies of his. The story is just lacking in this one.

Scorcese, Robert De Niro, Harvey Keitel, back in the day (1970s). I watched it in the late 80s. Feels a bit dated now 6/10

Movie is a mess unfortunately

I was surprised to find out that this movie exists cause nobody mentions it when talking about Martin Scorcese movies. I was worried that's cause it's bad, but not, it's actually a competently made, 70's "gangster" movie.

Dnf cause I was stoned and falling asleep but honestly I thought it was gonna be way more interesting then it was. De Niro is a cutie in this one though.

Of the first works of director Martin Scorsese, and it shows, the performances are not the best, I think those who do it best are the main ones, but what is terrible is the editing and the extras, but hey, it's the third one, so it's understood
