Third act saves it a bit. I might just hate Altman except for The Player and Gosford Park.

How can I enjoy this piece of shit when I can’t even hear the dialogue? Maybe I’ll try again another time with headphones.

Warren Beatty has a great buffalo coat though.

A surprisingly beautiful and great film. It works with a conventional western story but throws out all the conventions of the genre and creates something unique. It also has the realism of New Hollywood. Extras become characters by using hearing their dialouge in the background.
