the movie is good but i have ptsd because my sister would watch this movie EVERY DAY. the amount of times ive had to see that fatass kid devour that chocolate cake is traumatizing

this is an iconic childhood film! i loved how clever matilda was with her powers, and her bond with miss honey was so sweet. the story is whimsical and emotional, with the perfect balance of magic and justice. the end is incredible!
