I despise the miscast in here because Chris’ actor is so fucking fruity that the whole film i screamed ‘he’s gay why r u trying to convince me otherwise?’

The change of locale from New York to London has done Woody Allen a world of good. As has oft been said, Match Point is his best movie since ... fill in the blank.

I don’t get how Woody Allen kept on making these films where the guy does just the most horrendous things, mainly to women, and then portrays his moral dilemma as a serious thing that audiences should feel bad for… it’s scary how his mind works. Annoyingly, otherwise the script is decent, certainly not his best. I think primarily it’s overlong, going back and forth over the same bit repeatedly & it’s tiresome, the class power thing was again well shown, but I can’t help but feel he has the wrong end of the stick.
