7.5/10 I found this one funny, I liked the remark.

A weaker MCU short due to a small budget, The Consultant only exists to put the long-abandoned sequel hooks for The Incredible Hulk to bed once it became clear that he couldn't get a direct sequel thanks to Universal but it is nice to see Coulson and Sitwell again.

Mildly amusing. Not really fun enough or filling enough of a gap in the overarching lore to justify its existence.  But I won't complain about seeing more Coulson. Hits home that the World Security Council really does have one great skill in these movies: being idiots.
