I expected a standard cop flick, but it immediately punched me in the gut with how terrifyingly dark it is.

What Worked:
Vishal Jethwa is terrifying as the villain. Him breaking the fourth wall makes the psychological tension super unsettling. The cinematography uses the sun-baked streets of Kota perfectly for a raw, realistic vibe. I really respect how the narrative champions a righteous protector of the innocent. Rani Mukerji delivers pure, unapologetic law and order against absolute evil.

The Cuts:
The killer constantly outsmarting cops with disguises felt repetitive, so the middle part really dragged for me. The extreme violence on victims was honestly super tough to stomach, making it a grueling watch. Also, the social commentary felt heavy-handed. Pausing an intense manhunt for a preachy TV monologue felt totally unnatural for a fast thriller.

Verdict:
A brutal thriller about taking down pure evil. Not for the faint of heart, but a solid, gritty cat-and-mouse game.

Favorite Line: “We don't need your sympathy, we need your respect.”
