Manchester by the Sea

Tough movie, real life shit a lot of other movies stay away from.

Extremely overrated. Yes the acting was good, the portrayal of grief and loss, and not being able to move on was really good, but apart from that what else was there. No action, extremely slow dialogue and plot. Just a very dull movie. Only scene I liked was the police scene.

Bro I really just shed a tear watching this. I’m hungover af which made this movie even more depressing but the story telling in it was so good. Casey Affleck was was amazing.

Not as emotional as I was expecting. Casey Afflecks acting was very good. Could’ve been more to the story, more emotion from the characters. (This guys dad just died be he didn’t seem to care????)
