Man-Thing
There’s an attempt at a swamp horror vibe, and some cinematography captures a murky beauty. However, Man-Thing feels stripped of personality, becoming more monster-of-the-week than tragic guardian.

Essentially a late 80s Friday the 13th sequel with a slight Marvel paint job. It’s unoriginal and tries to do nothing with the character and barely is a Marvel film beyond the title character’s limited presence. Superficially okay but overall just objectively not good

Felt weird with the love story happening. Felt like the main character didn't contribute at all to the story which kinda felt off during the film.
Not sure if they really tried making this like a comic book story but some shots also didn't quite sit in with everything else even as a horror.
This could have been better, but it was an alright watch just to get you an idea of the Man-Thing creature.
As a Marvel R rated Horror film was definitely a treat just cause it was different before Marvel became what it is now, so definitely a fresh take on the comic book characters and film type.

the movie is bad. has no Direction, the movie gets lost in itself and forgets what it's trying to be. made in the 2010s, it feels like a bad 80's horror film. it also switched up our point of view characters from teenagers and I new to town Sheriff and makes the beginning feel pointless as while as over hypeing the rest of the movie. to add on we almost never see are title monster

This movie was so weird. If you want to see a real Marvel horror movie, go watch it. The visuals were fine, it’s not great but a fun horror movie to watch during the halloween season.
