Man of the Year Reviews

A fun political comedy with a great Robin Williams performance and an interesting premise. It starts strong, but the shift into a conspiracy thriller feels messy and takes away from the humor. Still, an enjoyable watch overall.

whattaman

Robin Williams playing the president of the United States, what’s not to like about this film.

Käsilämpöisen leffan määritelmä. Huonoimpia käsikirjoituksia vähän aikaan. Aivan liikaa toistoa. 4/10

Sucks ass

Absolutely loved this movie! Robin Williams is always a certainty. Everyone need to watch this movie, TRUST ME!

starts off good and kinda great, Robin Williams will always be funny and fun to watch. A it’d be a cool idea if it wasn’t a real problem we actually deal with. And the third act kinda runs away and it ends up being too long.

5.5/10

Weird, stressful, and all together bad.

The story was trash, the only redeeming quality was Robin Williams doing standup throughout the movie

Write better roles for women like Laura Linney. FFS

Good but eh at the same time

Even though this is a bad film, I like the honesty of the film and the take away

Good movie, very interesting and lowkey things like this have happened irl. I liked the way it was told, through an interview with the manager guy.

Good idea. They just should have kept it simpler. Less espionage and hunt. More light hearted comedy. Williams was the right pick, though.
