love hate relationship with this movie. the past wasn’t up to date with what donna said about the dads in the first movie. they all looked different & she met them in different order. also how can you meet someone & like an hour in be in love with them. i did like the present tho

didnt have to kill off donna legit ruins the purpose of mamma mia which is to have fun she could’ve been on her honeymoon if they couldn’t get meryl for that long. also the past legit doesn’t line up with a lot of facts in the first. LAME. and the first is my fave movie ever

I did not enjoy this at all. Why tf does the mother die and what does Cher have to do in the plot in the last 10 mins. So unnecessary. They killed the vibe of the first movie. Young Donna and her friends are extremely humiliated at the ending with those ugly ass dresses of owls.

Incredible directing! Some incredible shots & transitions throughout the movie. The idea was really nice & very well executed. The music was just as good as the first but this had a lot of emotional moments. I don’t like the mistakes between this & the first movie though.

RIP TO THE LEGEND DONNA 😔. WHY did they kill her off, couldn’t she have just been traveling 🥲! I will say the scene where they are singing together at the baptism was 🥹 and I was balling my eyes out. While I liked the young Donna storyline it felt rushed and a bit underdeveloped,

I wasn’t expecting this, and I have to say I was disappointed. The soundtrack, the storyline and whatnot was not good 🤷. I’m not a big fan of musicals and mamma mia was probably the first musical I actually semi enjoyed and it’s sorta kinda sad that this feels like a flop

The second movie was horrible. It’s actually the worst movie I have watched. The storyline does not match up with the original movie at all. It’s like the writers didn’t even watch the original film.
