i've never been this fucking exhausted and drained from watching a fucking film before. what kind of masochist you could be to wrote this? i feel like i'm going through hell for the whole two hours. the actress who plays mai has such a good performance. i hate the ending.

An all around depressing movie about a girl who is trying to escape her past but it keeps following her and the person she ended up loving, a sad ending for her always (7.5/10)

great cinematography and great music with a compelling and sad plot. ending felt rushed but overall a good movie.

Really compelling story with a fantastic soundtrack. The themes were pretty deep, but I wish they were more focused. It felt like they were trying to balance too many subplots at once. Other than that it was pretty enjoyable, and the dynamic between Mai and Duong was great
