I hate australian people

better than i expected

I understand this was made in 1980 and George miller had little to nothing to work with, but this was so boring. Took me like 5 tries to finish

Great filming and cinematography, but story was boring ass hell, it took 2/3th of the movie before the story really started. And as usual my boyfriend hyped this movie wayyy to much!

Confusing and boring. No real plot line. Something about a road in the post apocalyptic future and a biker gang obsessed with the NightRider.

Holy shit this movie was bad. 3/10. Zero character contexts or backstory. Assuming they’re setting up the world so I’m gonna watch the whole series but damn this movie sucks

Stunts themselves would be nothing without a filmmaker behind the camera and George Miller, a doctor and film buff making his first feature, shows he knows what cinema is all about.

One of the greatest achievements in low budget indie action filmmaking. Far from what people know the overall franchise to be today, but the roots were planted for the insanity that follows in the sequel.

I appreciate the cultural impact, I just think it hasn't aged well to modern viewing standards. The story moves very slowly and becomes a chore to watch. Beginning and ending chase scenes were great though.

Muy cine quinqui ochentero. Si en los 80 eras adolescente, igual te gusta, si eres más joven, tienes que ser fan del género. Me parece que está muy guay
